Experts quiz team on Stronger Somerset proposals for adults' and children's services
Nationally-renowned experts in adult's and children's services discussed the Stronger Somerset proposals for reform this week.
Ewan King, Deputy Chief Executive of the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE), and Helen Coombes, Integration & Local Government Reform Executive Consultant, led the discussion to explore the team's thinking behind their proposals. The Stronger Somerset panel was made up of Councillor Federica Smith-Roberts, Leader of Somerset West and Taunton Council, Stuart Brown, Chief Executive of Mendip Council, Annie Hudson, Children's Services Advisor, and Kim Curry, Adult's Services Advisor.
The discussion took place on Monday 12 April.
